Aging pump stations don't give you a lot of warning before things go wrong. By the time you're dealing with leaks and failing fittings, you're already behind the eight ball. That's exactly the kind of situation we stepped into on this one - an old, leaky setup that needed to be pulled out and replaced the right way.
Every piece of pipe you see here was custom fabricated by us. We don't just source off-the-shelf parts and hope they fit. We build what the job actually needs - correct angles, correct dimensions, flanged ends where they need to be, and everything fitted tight before it ever goes in the ground. That kind of precision up front is what keeps a pump station running without headaches down the road.
The install side of this job required working around an active waterway setup with multiple pumps in the mix. Getting the new pipe assembly dropped in, aligned, and set in concrete takes patience and a solid understanding of how these systems need to work under pressure. Our guys handled the fabrication and the full install - no handoffs, no gaps.
What you end up with is a system that looks clean, fits right, and is built to last. Fresh black paint, solid welds, flanged connections done correctly - that's the standard we hold ourselves to on every industrial job we take on. Old and leaky doesn't have to stay that way.
